Pros

The relationship with Senior Management is superb. They recognize when you do a good job and commend you for it. They have a open door policy and are very personable as well. The benefits are 100% paid for also.

Cons

Biggest con is the IASVBO is contracted out by PwC. Though we are doing PwC work we are not actually PwC employees. Also, salary is very low compared to the work done.
