Pros

Great perks, benefits such as vacation time. Top 100 companies? I really do not know how!

Cons

I accepted my position thinking I was an Executive Assistant. I was not, I was literally going to be in a call center for admins. Leadership like gestapo; no human empathy; NY employees nasty critical people. Difficult learning curve, no room for questions, you figure it out for yourself or you are a burden. No personal interaction with co-workers during breaks, that is considered DISTRACTING and DISRUPTIVE. Don't be late!!! You have no personal guidance from "leaders". Treated like children. You do and behave exactly as they say or you are in the wrong.

Pros

The organization has great employee benefits and perks for working there.

Cons

The people you work with are horrible. There are 50,000 people you have to contact for assistance or approvals, but you must call about 6 - 7 people to locate the correct person. The Partners in the company think they are Gods! Its ridiculous! They have knowledge on auditing and HR has knowledge on HR. Let the experts in their fields do their jobs. Everyone I worked with was a complete racist. The Partners even tried to terminate diverse individuals claiming "they just don't get it" instead of investing in their staff. I sat at dinner as my Partners made fun of a Hispanic employee and proceeded to call him names for being obese. I explained that behavior should not be displayed, specially at the Partner level and I was told to "get a sense of humor!" Completely disgusting. The Partners expect you to answer emails at all hours of the night, vacation, time off (there is no such thing), etc. The company boosts on Work-Life balance, but if you leave work before 8pm then you are categorized as NOT DEDICATED! The staff continuously complains about the amount of fast paced work and how hard the Partners ride the teams. Employees continuously reach their maximum vacation accruals because they are unable to take time off. Then a Partner contacts them and forces them to take vacation, only to have the staff work from home while being paid Vacation Time! I have never worked for such ignorant people in my entire career!

Pros

Some Good people, benefits are nice.

Cons

Your purpose is to make all the rich white men on top richer, and make sure Directors meet their agendas and quotas so they can get bigger salary increases and bonuses. As a designer your #1 job is to keep the client, not design. This is no place for any creative designer to work. Most of the time your projects are being led by people who have no clue of your capabilities and about the design industry. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Run.
