Pros
-Free education in very reputable qualification -Hours are not bad in my office -If you can 'play the game' you'll get on fine -Reasonable progression and outside opportunities -Job is easy to grasp -Clear coaching -Nice addition to CV -International opportunities -Some people are great to work with -Great support
Cons
-Some senior staff and take advantage of more junior members -Being able to suck up to the right people is more valued than being a good worker when it comes to reviews (I suppose anyone can work hard). -Some of the staff are clearly de-moralised with most waiting for an opportunity in industry (good luck in this climate). -Firms is partner-centric with most happenings not relevant to junior staff -No-one's gonna do you any favours, watch your back! -Obtain your alliances -Pay could be better
