Pros
Compared to the rest of the big 4 in Singapore, PwC is better staffed and has a much better work life balance. In addition, it gives out a good SGD200 dental benefit annually. You can even take a paid half day off to visit the dentist every half a year! Training wise, I believe it gives the most thorough training of all big 4 in Singapore. Easily as an associate to senior associate, you will attend at least 50 hours of class room training a year. Partners and managers are generally approachable
Cons
None really. Perhaps one downside would be that you will get too comfortable working at PwC Singapore.
