Good salary, massive educational components if you look for them, great way to improve your power point skills

Cons

Crappy for experienced hires. No real help for experienced hires as everything is geared towards college hires. No help on where things like paycheck and pto balances are (your pto balance is different depending what system you look at). Your “manager” aka “relationship leader” is not invested in you. It’s purely network based and you have to ask everything but be careful not to ask too many questions because they don’t like it. This place is a hypercriticism embodied. If you didn’t grow up in this place, be prepared for extreme hardship.
