The fact that I can work from home is one good part about it. The Employee perks such as Sodexo, Health Insurance policy etc are good.

Cons

No work life balance Sometimes kinda like most of the times the hardwork gets unnoticed. Also people in here not all treat there office peers as school students pushing them harder leading to a lot of unhappy employees.
