Pros

- Get a lot of experience from working for various clients in different sectors requiring different solutions. - Ok pay to begin with. - Good support and resources for learning and career development. - Structured career path: you reach the targets, you will get promoted. - Access to a large global network of people (200k+ employees) to learn from or work with, and who are mostly happy to help or discuss. - My colleagues and non-senior managers were great.

Cons

- Pay progression is not that great due to salary bands are locked in for each management level. - Hierarchical and rigid structure. - Too many meetings where instead you should be focusing on the chargeable work or finding chargeable work. - Although respectable, the CTO is non-technical.
