Pros

The brand still lends some polish to a resume, has roles in high demands products, lavish parties where you'll watch your management get sloshed.

Cons

At least in the Advisory space, managers and directors choose favorites. If you're not one of them you are in for a world of hurt. Projects have so much incompetence and are so heavily offshored it makes getting work done an issue. The leadership has no interest in growing its professionals, and many of the "managers" have no idea what they are doing.

World class company. Great people to work with.

Cons

Salary is below average. Difficult and slow path to build a career inside.
