Pros
The company is doing really cool and actually useful work that is beneficial to the world Great company culture Healthy work-life balance People are kind, helpful, driven, and talented Leadership and management cares about the employees and their happiness at work Pyka band on Fridays!
Cons
Honestly, I've been really enjoying my time here so far, and don't have cons that come to mind. It's still a start-up, so processes, organization, policies, etc are still somewhat in flux and being developed. It doesn't really feel like a con to me, as I think it's an exciting stage to be a part of, but it could be a con for some.
