Pros
It's a decent product, and there are some great people at the company.
Cons
The executive, sales leadership and operations teams have destroyed the company. Variable pay rules are changed randomly so that commissions do not need to be paid. Layoffs are constant; those impacted receive zero notice and zero comps. Current employees shared that the company could not pay employees because of cash flow issues.
