I'm uncertain whether during my tenure, there were three or four rounds of layoffs, yet paradoxically, the company continued to hire and promote employees. It's puzzling how this dynamic operates. Additionally, there was a time when they postponed payments for employees and also delayed payments to vendors.

An analytics company that does not use their own platform. C-Level Executives completely absent and tone deaf. 4 rounds of layoffs that included teams who worked tirelessly for the positive Gartner placements. Toxic and arrogant sales leadership. Operations too much of a mess to untangle. Lack of vendor payments. Trying to save face through a podcast.
