Lots of travel and opportunity to work with all levels in the company Work from home

Cons

Sub-par benefits Hectic environment, aggressive style top down Company has grown quickly, but the product and the processes did not catch up so it is extremely difficult to get inside support. Product is targeted at only a niche audience in a declining market.

Fast paced, supportive environment. Work form home, self directed, help when you ask for it. Good pay and opportunity with a rapidly growing company. Bright, highly intelligent staff, that has created a product with a tremendous future in the hot market of self serve BI and analytics.

Cons

I have yet to come across a negative.

Pros

Great entrepreneurial culture with lots of opportunities for professional and financial growth. The owners/executive team are passionate about the customers experience, our products, and partners. They value creativity, efficiency, customer service, and those that think outside of the box.

Cons

The company is growing at a rapid pace so this is not the type of company where you will be handed a playbook on your role and expectations. People that succeed are pro-active, self-starters.
