Pros

The only thing that needs to be emphasized is the basic salary. Bonus payments should not be counted, as the company's targets are not in line with reality. Just 2% of the annual sales target is a clear sign

Cons

Without empathy. Employees are treated extremely badly. Employees are dismissed by letter without being informed in advance. Insults are the order of the day. Nepotism. Private relationships within the company save employees' jobs, for example in the Europa Partner team, without justification. Racist insults are tolerated despite evidence and knowledge of the management. Agreements such as bonus distribution are simply changed by the management without the consent and signature of the employees so that no bonus has to be paid. Company and personal targets are set far too high so that no bonus has to be paid. Lay offs are daily business. There are no 40-hour weeks. No week ends with less than 60 hours, because “after all, you earn enough”
