      Pros

      I have had no issues working with Pyramid over the past 8 months. The team is very responsive. I haven't had many problems, but any that have come up have been immediately resolved.

      Pros

      Onboarding was easy, working with the staff at Pyramid is even easier. Good support, very straightforward working arrangements with their customer base. Credibility walking in the door of clients if they know you are with Pyramid.

      Cons

      Have not really seen any down side. No surprises, no issues.

      Pros

      During my contract there was an issue with the customers Time Reporting system. Pyramid assured me that they would cover my pay until the system issues were resolved.

      Cons

      None - My time with Pyramid was pretty smooth.
