They truly do care about their employees. Benefits are very much above standard when compared to industry standards. Management is friendly and flexible.

Cons

The cons depend on the position and location. For the Westlake property the only con across the property is that business levels fluctuate. If you are part time you may have consecutive weeks where you do not get any hours.
