I iam sure that I experienced no pros here. So, rather than keep this section empty, I am writing something.

Cons

The work ambiance is terrible. You are expected to work brutal and exhausting hours and take on tons of stress with a smile on your face. But, you don't dare to ask something from the arrogant management like career growth or benefits if you are a part-timer. If you do, they will behave awfully and find an excuse to fire you.
