      Pros

      - The company really does try to do the right thing for all of its employees - They will work with you to make you successful - Benefits package is good and insurance is excellent - If you're looking for new opportunities and are relocatable, you can come across great opportunities - Job felt very stable during 12+ years of employment

      - They love lots of reports - Bonus program is not very lucrative

      Pros

      Great benefits. Great focus on HR and planning events for the associates. Competitive wages for all positions. Good training opportunities.

      Cons

      Miscommunication is a problem. Corporate tends to take a while to approve or even look over important items. Should place a greater emphasis on efficiency and the people who are face to face with their guests.

      Employees were great and the company invested money into the building as well as management systems. Training programs seemed to work well.

      Cons

      Corporate management shady...not professional nor could they be trusted.
