Company is making an effort to improve benefits. Some nice supervisors.

Cons

What good is it to report your supervisor if nothing is done? The only thing that happens then is that the supervisor is gunning for you. It looks really bad for the company when multiple positions are posted. It tells a story about the company! Your pay scale for master level workers is abominable! Good employees will save you money in the long term. Get rid of the authoritative type of management and treat your employees with dignity and respect. You as an employee treat those in need with the best possible care, so why then can you not treat your employee's the same way.

The clients are great to work with as are co-workers. Help people deal with mental health and addiction issues.

Cons

Two weeks unpaid vacation, no sick time, no personal days, no holidays. Must meet weekly billable hours to get medical benefits, if don't meet insurance gets dropped.
