The IOP setting we were intended to work in coordination with was well-run with educated and highly-trained mental health professionals

Cons

The residential program does not seem to be getting off the ground. There were concerns from residents of the municipality of opening a group home in the neighborhood, and untrue information regarding the purpose of the program (substance abuse, sex offenders, mentally ill who were violent) influenced their decisions. As a result however, the program seems to be in limbo at this time.

The starting bebefits and 401k plan are a plus, The staff are all friendly and get along very well and management is not over your shoulder all the time.

Cons

The hours of operation (5:30am-1:30pm) are hard. The pay is not worth the work that you are required to do. IT support is almost nonexistent
