The company truly cares about its employees. They listen to employee concerns and take measures to improve at all levels. The executive team works hard to make employees at all levels have opportunities to grow. They are transparent, which is huge in a federal contracting company which always has some level of uncertainty. The culture starts with professional teamwork and positivity at all levels. Employees don't gossip or point fingers. As a result, the atmosphere is generally fun and lighthearted with events like ping pong tournaments, board game nights, professional sports outings, and company picnics. The founders highly value volunteerism and community service and provide time off for volunteering.

I've been here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. Great location - lots of restaurants across the street People - everyone is super nice and friendly, hardworking but easy-going culture Supervisors - hit and miss but most are very understanding, and will accommodate your time/schedule if you are trustworthy. I've been able to work from home when needed. Also some supervisors will recognize your hard work, some won't. It's a small business though so you will eventually get recognized. Recognition - quarterly recognitions, shoutouts from HR to the entire company Events - annual picnic is always fun for the family, children's holiday party, they hire santa for the kids so you don't have to go to the mall, and holiday party is a must-go every year. Amazing prizes, open bar and a lot of fun. Also lots of potlucks where everyone brings a ton of food.
