Cons
I believe everything/everyrole depends on its team / individual manager No proper support from higher authorities. Blindly believe middle management people and they will take actions, No cross checking (which is actually required) Too many politics by senior employees Dear senior employees(particulary few) Instead playing politics -support Your coworkers , no one can steal your place , Be real and stop acting. Some of the people pretend to be , they are only one in their team are loyal and hardworking and act infront of higher authorities and criticise, degrade their fellow team members , change is to be needed for company growth.
