      No Pros for the company.

      All are Cons here. If you think this is a start up and you will learn something, then forget about it. Believe me, the managers ask to satisfy their ego, because they were satisfying their ego when they were developers. They ask to come on Sat'day evenif they don't have work. All good reviews mentioned here are not correct. Manager asks you to sit as late as possible, as he sits till night 11pm. If you want to ruin your career, join here.

      I am a Software Developer, working in CA.It is a long-term project.We receive salaries on time.Good organization with the strong Marketing team.Good response from the team when required.
