      Pros

      Really collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere among the office staff. Management is demonstrably invested in personal growth and works towards reasonable goals. The work is fast-paced, but the company does well to reward employees for their hard work between profit-sharing, company lunches, and scheduling flexibility.

      Cons

      Interdepartment communication is a constant work in progress. Production staff experiences more scrutiny and oversight, which stresses the relationship between production and other departments.

      Pros

      Pyrotek is a family owned company with owners that care about the longevity and success of the business and their people. They sell products that are 100% necessary for the industry and enable innovation. They have strong financial leadership and are very financially stable. They have locations around the globe which enables travel opportunities. They have a strong sales strategy.

      Cons

      Flat structure with limited growth opportunities. Decentralized structure and as such they do not effectively leverage their economies of scale with each region/ site / business unit operating with different processes and procedures. They lack operational strategy.
