Lack of Growth Opportunities, Busy Work Environment

Flat structure, so moving up can be difficult, but not impossible.

The stress here is so high it WILL affect your health, you wont realize it until you leave. Working 70 hrs a week as a salaried employee is expected with no compensation besides being yelled at for still being late on a project. Jobs are underbid as a way of life and start out in the hole behind schedule. Management is a big frat party and act like it, degrading employee's especially behind their backs. You are looked down upon for taking a sick day or a day off. The environment is horrible, which is sad because it was a great family oriented place to work a number of years ago and has switched to a paycheck that comes with serious health and mental risks. Work like balance does not exist until you have had enough and find a new job and quit.

Comparatively lower salary than competitors. Limited career growth potential.
