Pros

Most of the people are really awesome on a personal level. The culture started very strong but faded as they moved downtown. Usually willing to get you anything you need to do the job.

Cons

This is an ever changing environment not because it needs it, but because a good majority of the management has no real clear vision once it grew past it's start-up roots. Working lots of hours is more of a symptom of a greater problem. Pay is on the low end, especially when you consider the amount of time you have to put in some cases. Most of the management team has been around for a long time with the company, but I do not feel that necessarily makes them qualified, but I can only speak for my department. The selling point of the job is the fun exciting environment, nerf gun fights, huge get-togethers but this all disappeared as I said once they moved downtown. A few people would try but as work piled on it just seemed like most of them were holidays.

Pros

By far the best employer I have ever worked for. The environment and culture are fun, the work is solid, high quality, and fun. The people I get to work with every day are intelligent, friendly, trustworthy, and experts in their respective fields. Pyxl appreciates and rewards hard work which keeps morale high and everyone working harder.

Cons

The only con I can speak to is sometimes the work load gets a little overwhelming, but that just boils down to needing more staff which HR works diligently to find, filter, and hire the best.
