Pros

I love my job! We are all constantly given opportunities for growth and improvement and everyone cares so much and is so passionate about what they do! It's inspiring. I actually look forward to working every day because it's always something different and exciting!

Cons

I guess my only con would be that there could be more in terms of benefits offered.

The managers are unprofessional, only communicate with employees if you have done something wrong and who you report to was always changing, no consistency, your time is micro managed with the time tracking system they use. They always have software issues, there systems freeze constantly. They let you go with no warning. Very unprofessional from upper management to leads.
