Pros

This company offers clinical abstractors a great work from home opportunity. The people I work with both in the hospital and within Q-Centrix are fantastic. The organization empowers teams to become an extension of the hospital's quality department. The pay and benefits have improved each year.

Cons

Nothing significant. It would be great to meet face-to-face more often. But that's about it.

Great people, management trusts in the ability of the employees. My supervisor lead the team, not micro-managed it.
