Pros

very bright, creative, and motivated people work here during my tenure. fun culture and meaningful work.

Cons

it was a smaller company at the time so resources were a little limited and comp package was on the lower end but overall it was one of the best jobs I've ever had.

Flexible time management, great co-workers, room to grow, HSA/FSA, PTO is better than many.

Cons

High expectations versus lower-than-average pay, no consistent system wide processes put in place, unqualified/unknown metrics in roles, expensive benefits.
