-flexible work schedule, you can schedule your work hours to best fit your needs

Cons

-rarely feel an essence of team work -onboarding process had very little communication, no direction given when started -once you start, feedback is given too late before you can change anything regarding your performance

Remote first company that has a good opportunity to continue to grow Experienced upper level management that can lead the company in that direction

Cons

Very tight when it comes to salaries and benefits Not willing to invest in talent even with 20 to 30% revenue growth each year Less pay than market value for jobs across the board Nepotism and favoritism in higher level positions Promotions or counter offers coming with embarrassingly low amounts compared to current salary and the market value
