Pros

Working remotely from home and being able to set my own hours as long as I get my workload and comitted hours in. Very peaceful and low stress job.

Cons

The benefits are too expensive, so much so that i had to seak out other options OR I wouldn't be able to afford to work there. The salary is good, but the good benefits package costs way more than other expensive benefits packages.

And, I’m happy to share here that it’s something we have improved through investments each year. 2022 benefits are bigger and better than ever. Some of these updates include reduced medical and dental plan employee contributions, an expanded HSA match for employees and their families, and, of course, we’ll continue to provide short- and long-term disability coverage at no cost to our team members, generous PTO, a matching 401(k) program, paid parental leave, and more.
