Getting time-off is easy, local work allows for little to no commute, training offered to learn more in your field

Cons

management does not interact with staff appropriately, customer needs are put above employees, safety team isn't held accountable for safety issues, management team doesn't allow for mentoring or "lessons learned" to help them on further contracts
