Good company with room for growth

Pros

Lots of knowledge to gain in many different technical aspects Solid benefits (medical/dental/vision) Onsite cafeteria offers decent, inexpensive lunch if you don't bring food from home or don't want to go somewhere offsite Unlimited PTO

Cons

Complete disconnect of leadership to job function within the Support department, at all levels Politics reign supreme for advancement and growth Co workers that coast through their job and leave more on the plates of the harder working team members are never really addressed

Some of the people are fantastic to work with.

Cons

The company preaches about caring about their employees but will make sure to fire you during a pandemic over the word of a single individual without proof while expecting 50 hours a week and no pay increase while they get richer.
