Fake message of ability to gain marketable skills with company support Fake company culture Clients are always first, no matter the cost Company employees are always second, awful work/life balance Refusal to streamline change with Customers in modern times Ambiguous and chaotic responsibilities Company is completely behind competitive job market incentives and benefits Workplace eventually turns toxic and continuous change of processes and middle management means your daily expectations can never be firm Endless team churn and very inefficient internal communication tools and methods

Some people are not able to take advantage of the unlimited PTO policy. I personally, and many others I work with, actually take less vacation than we previously did when there was a formal PTO cap. For some the high rate of change could be stressful. But this is due to the continued growth of the company and change brings opportunity to those who embrace it.
