Pros
- Competitive salaries. - Wonderful management (at least in the Operations organization and Premier Services department.) - Community/culture is amazing! - Able to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Cons
- Role clarity in certian departments can be muddled and unclear. There are initiatives in place to improve this, but it's been a slow process. - Internal (and even customer-facing) Product documentation is lacking and sometimes outdated. There does not appear to be specific roles for releasing and updating Product documentation. External Release Notes are well contstructed, but Internal Release Notes and detailed Product information needs more attention. IMO, there should be roles/people dedicated to reviewing and documenting exisiting, new, and updated Product offerings.
