1) Good infrastructure 2) Free Lunch 3) Great working environment 4) Excellent learning experience in initial years 5) Good appraisal numbers 6) Amazing office parties (pre covid times)

Cons

1) Less long term growth 2)Appraisal numbers are good but always delayed (this leads to lot of frustration) 3) Some of the Lead/managers are really good but some are of bossy nature and would led u down to get work done instead of motivating 4) Huge difference in the appraisal numbers between the folks of same year of experience. (Favouritism is preferred over performance)
