Pros

After it's acquisition, QBE allowed telecommuters to continue working from home. But probably the best thing about working at QBE was the people you worked with, which were people we had been working with for years before our company was acquired by QBE.

Cons

QBE is creating a cookie cutter company which has completely destroyed the family type group the company used to be before being acquired. With so many departments being outsourced, no one feels safe and secure in their jobs anymore and everyone just waits around for the next announcement of layoffs. This is why some people aren't waiting around and are starting to jump ship now.
