Sink or swim environment/fear-based approach to "motivating" employees Exclusive club at the top - manipulative and secretive Key jobs constantly eliminated/not enough resources Innapropriate behavior ignored by management and HR - many unprofessional managers remain and are rewarded Inconsistent policies regarding working remotely Little to no work/life balance May not be viewed as positive stepping stone on your career path depending on where you are coming from

Have not determined what their purpose really is. Constant overturn of management. Extreme pressure from Australian owner determines constant change.

Benefits are great. Schedule is flexible.

Cons

Watching top 50 employees and others I respect walk out the door is a red flag to me. I've seen four people leave who I respect in the last month. Another round of layoffs does not add to my confidence in job security.
