Pros

Good company to work for, provides a flexible environment with a decent amount of professional challenges - latest organizational changes may minimize career opportunities in the future.

Cons

over reliance on external consultancy is proving to be the most challenging change over the last few years. There is an increasing appetite from senior management to consume these type of services which tend to affect staff morale.
