Pros
Good Brand, good policies, going through a lot of changes providing a lot of interesting opportunities to learn and contribute. Good salary package.
Cons
No company culture and no controls over managers, leaving opportunity for some of the best team management when the management is good, and some of the worst is the manager is bad. Some teams have record high level of turnover, for very legitimate reasons. Any person interested in QBE should do a thorough due diligence on the specific team they are going for before joining.
