They try their best, but they are kids playing at being a corporation

Pros

-Very easy work, just show up and do your job -Remote work -Equipment provided by company -Travel reimbursement

Cons

This company is transitioning from being a startup into being a nationwide corporation. But this is the core of their issues. The managers don't have formal manager experience. They were promoted from within for their performance, but they don't understand what employees need from management. They are so focused on the work that they don't understand the required background support that management needs to provide for employees to thrive and the company to find success. They have a bad reputation in the industry for charging more hours than were worked, and for doing work that doesn't fulfill the standards that are expected from customers. Lastly, every single person from the top of the company to front line management take no accountability for their short comings. They will constantly point out how they fulfill the bare minimum requirements, and how that justifies the lack of improvement on their part. Just read some of the responses on Glassdoor. They will not take responsibility for the criticism that is levied against them. They will blame extrinsic factors as to why they can't improve or be better.
