Great company, flat management structure makes it easy to get the facts to the a decision makers

Pros

Supportive of professional growth. Company is stable with good future prospects including internationally. Diverse work environments also allow growth due to the inherent challenges.

Cons

Having only been with the organisation I haven't experienced many cons, the only feedback so far would be information sharing is not as fluid as it could be at the lower levels

Pros

The people and culture at QIC are/is outstanding. Being able to openly collaborate with anyone in the business makes comnpleting your own job much easier

Cons

The only con I can think of is its a GOC instead of a public company, so there are limitations in many areas of my own job

Very professional. Expertise and knowledge of the people are great

Weird place and weird vibe. Seems to constantly going through changes and adding or shedding teams/people/divisions
