Pros

Focus on staff wellbeing (so that you perform), flex working, fresh fruit, interesting work, clear company values, great CEO, widescreen monitors, sit/stand desks, embedded and genuine D&I change, actively working on change mgt, regular updates on company performance

Cons

Not a ‘fun’ environment, high workloads with high expectations, seems a lot of burnout, long tenure seems handsomely rewarded, hard for newcomers to feel a sense of belonging when everyone has been there over 10 years, people are in endless teams mtgs with too much collaboration and less results

Pros

1. Great name to have on your CV - opens doors elsewhere 2. Comp packages at or slightly above market

Cons

1. Corporate culture and memory at risk with high staff turnover (Ave. tenor has dropped from >10 years to <5 years over the last few years) 2. Bureaucratic, cumbersome & overreaching corp. management 3. Workspaces shrinking fast, very little personal space at work - elbow room only 4. No retained profits or balance sheet to seed new products, most/all profits are paid back to its shareholder
