      Get to work with smart people Good pay Unique company in Brisbane Decent benefits Not much in way of Corporate politics compared to other places Improving a lot in terms of flexibility and diversity

      Cons

      Being government owned, scrutiny under media means you don;t get the perks of a completely profit-making entity. Currently in a growth stage, a lot of change, redundancies etc. difficult to determine culture. Each team has its own pros and cons, it really depends which area you work (can be totally opposite with another).
