Good, flexible benefits Interesting, always changing work Management (all the way to the CEO) are knowledgeable in the technology being developed

Cons

Short time off (limited to three weeks when starting regardless of experience) Unpaid overtime (salary only) Politics (owned by Black Berry, so not as free as an independent company)
