We agree that the manager experience can have a significant impact on day-to-day work, and that’s why QTS invests heavily in the development of our managers (“People Leaders”). The Learning and Development team does a phenomenal job offering frequent training sessions to People Leaders, working alongside our biweekly updates and centralized resources available on SharePoint. These resources are intended to support consistent and effective leadership across all QTS teams. For team-specific support, we encourage employees to communicate feedback when more structure or support is needed. A lot of change starts with input from our QTSers, and we take it seriously! Business Outlook

Pros

The culture is the best in the data center industry. Employee-first mindset governs decision making and direction of the organization. Tech and tools are developed with the end user in mind, keeping everything relevant and useful. Career opportunities abound internally, and they are always open to new innovations from every level within the organization. Pay is competitive within the industry and the benefits package is top-notch. The company's growth trajectory is amazing and QTS is gaining market share within an expanding industry, showing their stability and growth prospects.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything that I would consider to be a "con" at QTS. The challenges that arise are acknowledged openly by leadership and driven to resolution with input from the employees themselves.
