Pros

Great culture and positive environment. I love the core values of the company. They empower every employee to put the customer first. It is also refreshing to see a company that supports the Community, Families and Veterans. QTS has also digitized the Data Center, making it available to customers at any time and any where.

Cons

Not yet a household name.

Pros

New Sales and Marketing executives have amp'ed up the velocity, simplified processes, removed obstacles, and generally made it a better place to sell. The facilities are amazing and show well, and the emphasis on technology and the customer help to differentiate.

Cons

Slackers and passengers are not welcome, so you've got to bring your "A" game.
