      Pros

      Great culture to make change happen. Management at my office is very eager to learn from mistakes and figure out how to adjust quickly to drive a positive impact. Seems to be a much larger focus on key areas that needed improvement so good to see that moving along.

      Cons

      Some of managements personal beliefs can make certain portions of working with folks a challenge and impose restrictions that should not be a hurdle we have to overcome.

      Pros

      Culture is what you make it! And I believe that the people of QTS seek to make it a great culture that is fun and desirable to work at! QTS employees seek to do the "RIGHT" thing in every situation, while working with employees, clients, and partners. The data center industry is growing fast and QTS is growing at a rapid pace along with the industry! With that said, the sales environment is fast pace with many changes and opportunity for growth. If you don't like change, then this industry or QTS might not be good fit for you.

      Would like to see an increase in marketing/events budget.

      Cons

      Historically high employee turn-over. Until approx. August, 2018, QTS tried to be all things to all verticals. Today, there is a singular focus.
