Pros
It’s exciting to see the growth, yet it’s clear that they’ve managed to maintain their entrepreneurial spirit. Working in finance/accounting in Overland Park, the culture here is great. We treat each other with kindness and respect, which fosters a positive work environment. The expectations are high, and we all work hard, but time off and volunteer time is encouraged. The growth has provided for a rewarding career. This is not a snoozy job! It’s a great balance of progressive growth and a supportive, hardworking culture.

Things change very quickly given the growth of the company. For some people this is a pro, but for others, it can be overwhelming if you aren’t used to change.
