      Pros

      Opportunity! Started as a contractor and moved to a full time position. This company is willing to give opportunities to anyone who earns it. Salary is upper end for the field.

      Cons

      Top heavy with lots of input. Some politics going on. Just like any company, this company has warts but I have never been in a place without them. What is good about the cons is that you can still get work done and mgmt seems to have an open door policy.

      QTS has built some nice Data Centers.

      Cons

      Executive Management Team consistently makes poor business decisions which are/will be detrimental to the future of QTS.
