4yThank you for taking the time to share your experience! QTS is a place where people come together to support each other and our customers, while having fun at the same time! We are in a high growth, fast paced industry so that means that all of us need time to recharge from time to time. We encourage QTSers to use our annual PTO accrual such that we are able to make time for things outside of our QTS family. We also recognize that it is helpful for QTSers to have a bank of time going into the new year so we do allow for a week of PTO rollover. Cheers to a great 2022!
